In addition to her station advisor duties, Danielle Tier is recipient of the 2022 MIFA Diana Rose Award for excellence in coaching, for leading her forensic students to multiple state title championships. MIFA is the Michigan Interscholastic Forensic Association, which empowers students to become proficient and ethical communicators, critical thinkers, lifelong learners and leaders in a democratic society through interscholastic speech, theater and debate activities for middle and secondary school students. Congratulations, Ms. Tier, we’re proud of you!

The enthusiasm is palpable as Eugene Belski opens the Fall Farm Fest on Saturday, October 15 from just outstide the Bowers Farm Visitor Center. The weather, although cooperative, was a bit windy and cold; but, the free donuts made up for his being a trooper.
